Labor & Employment Associate — Century City

Growing Labor & Employment team in Century City seeks a junior to midlevel associate (2–5 years PQE) to support a broad employment litigation practice. The role involves working on single-plaintiff matters, wage‑and‑hour and class actions, internal investigations, restrictive covenant disputes, and arbitrations.

Responsibilities include drafting and briefing motions, managing discovery (including ESI), conducting legal research, and preparing client-ready written work. Strong organization, writing, analytical skills, and excellent academic credentials are required. Current federal judicial clerks concluding service in summer/fall 2026 are encouraged to apply.

• 2–5 years of litigation experience at a large law firm (employment litigation preferred)
• Experience with wage & hour and class action matters, single‑plaintiff litigation, investigations, or restrictive covenant disputes
• Proven experience briefing motions and handling discovery, including ESI
• Excellent research, writing, organizational and analytical skills
• Active California bar membership
