Top-tier US office is seeking a mid-level Labor & Employment associate to join a busy Labor & Employment practice in Irvine. The role involves defense-side employment and labor work, including individual and representative/class actions, traditional labor matters, and employment counseling.

The team handles complex litigation across offices, so candidates should be comfortable collaborating with colleagues in other locations and managing substantive research, drafting, and client communications in a fast-paced practice.

3–5 years' post-qualification experience in employment/labor work, preferably with defense-side litigation exposure
Experience with class/collective/representative actions, single-plaintiff litigation, traditional labor law, and/or employment counseling
Strong academic record and excellent writing and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively across offices in a growing practice
Order of the Coif, law review, or federal/state clerkship a plus
