Labor & Employment Associate — Los Angeles / Orange County

Leading national-origin law firm seeks a Labor & Employment associate to join its Los Angeles or Orange County office. The role involves defending employers and counseling clients across a range of employment matters, with substantial litigation and counseling work.

Day-to-day work includes handling wage & hour litigation and class actions, PAGA matters, and individual employment claims (discrimination, harassment, retaliation), as well as advising on leaves, accommodations, policies, and employment agreements.

Candidates should be ready to work on complex matters for a diverse client base and to take ownership of assignments while collaborating with a multi-office team. Applications should include a resume, law school transcript, and recent writing sample in PDF format.

• 2–6 years post-qualification experience in labor & employment law.
• Direct experience with wage & hour class actions and PAGA matters required.
• Strong litigation and counseling background representing employers on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leaves, and accommodations.
