Labor & Employment Associate — Los Angeles

Mid‑level labor & employment associate position in a Los Angeles office of a leading US firm. This is a full‑time, partnership‑track role on a litigation-heavy team handling single‑plaintiff discrimination matters as well as class action and PAGA litigation.

The team seeks an attorney with demonstrated courtroom and deposition experience who can manage matters independently—communicating and negotiating with opposing counsel, handling motions, and leading discovery. Big‑firm and trial experience are a plus. The role requires being based in the Los Angeles metro area.

Active California bar membership required. The posted salary range for on‑track associates at time of posting is $310,000 to $390,000.

• 4+ years of law‑firm labor & employment litigation experience (mid‑level associate)
• Active California bar membership
• Deposition and courtroom/motions experience; capable of running cases independently
• Experience with single‑plaintiff discrimination and class action/PAGA matters strongly preferred
• Big‑firm and trial experience a plus; strong analytical, research and writing skills
• Must be based in the Los Angeles metropolitan area
