Labor & Employment Associate — Los Angeles

Mid-level associate opportunity in a large national labor & employment practice based in downtown Los Angeles. The role focuses on employment litigation and counseling for employer-side matters, including individual claims and proposed class/PAGA wage-and-hour actions under California law.

You'll handle all stages of litigation: investigation, motion practice, depositions, and case ownership with limited supervision. The team covers a broad range of workplace issues including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour, and employment agreements.

• 3–5 years' post-qualification experience in employment litigation, with California-specific experience preferred
• Admission to the California Bar required
• Proven experience researching, drafting and arguing motions; taking and defending depositions; and managing case workstreams
• Strong investigative, analytical, and written advocacy skills; ability to run matters with minimal oversight
• Resume, cover letter, law school transcript, and writing sample required; on-site work in Los Angeles (no remote candidates)
