The role involves advising employers on day‑to‑day employment issues, conducting internal investigations, responding to government agency inquiries, and defending employment litigation. Candidates will work collaboratively on multi‑disciplinary matters with experienced labor & employment attorneys.

The firm provides a competitive salary range and standard benefits. The anticipated annual salary range for this Los Angeles role is $215,000 to $250,000.

Member of the California bar (or eligible for admission)
Experience in labor & employment law (litigation, investigations, and/or counseling)
Strong drafting, oral advocacy, and client‑facing skills
Ability to work collaboratively on fast‑paced matters and manage multiple deadlines
