Labor & Employment Associate (Mid–Senior) — Los Angeles

Experienced labor & employment litigation team in Los Angeles is seeking a mid‑ to senior‑level associate to handle individual and collective employment disputes. The role offers significant litigation responsibility, client contact, and opportunities to lead matters from intake through resolution within a collaborative office.

Successful candidates will join a busy practice working on wage & hour class actions, single‑plaintiff employment litigation, and related employment counseling and litigation matters. The position presents a clear path for advancement and participation in firmwide practice development while working alongside an established team.

• Approximately 5+ years of employment litigation experience, including wage & hour and class action matters
• Admitted to practice in California
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters and serve as lead on litigation files
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and project‑management skills; supervisory experience preferred
• Deposition and courtroom experience is a plus; strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
