International law firm seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to join its Milan team. The role offers exposure to a full spectrum of employment and labour matters for local and multinational clients, including both contentious and non‑contentious work.

From day one you will work on matters such as disciplinary processes, restructurings and dismissals, employment aspects of M&A, drafting policies and employment contracts, and providing day‑to‑day advice and opinions. The team routinely collaborates on cross‑border projects and participates in LegalTech initiatives.

Attorney‑at‑law qualification (local bar/court admission)
Minimum 2 years PQE with at least 1 year handling labour/employment matters
Experience advising on both contentious and non‑contentious employment issues; familiarity with employment aspects of M&A advantageous
Fluent English (legal terminology); additional languages desirable
Strong organisation, communication skills and ability to manage multiple matters
Comfortable with MS Office and standard legal workflows
