Apply in confidence →Seeking a partner-track Labor & Employment associate to join a Labor Management Relations team in the New York or Philadelphia office. The role focuses on traditional labor law matters, including labor arbitration, NLRB proceedings, collective bargaining, and related counseling.
Ideal candidates will have meaningful first- or second-chair experience in labor arbitrations and unfair labor practice matters; experience litigating wage-and-hour class or collective actions (particularly involving unionized employees) is a plus. Strong legal writing, solid academic credentials, and the ability to collaborate across offices are required.
The firm supports a hybrid model with an expectation of approximately three days per week in-office and offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. Applicants should be prepared to submit a resume, cover letter, law school transcript, and writing sample.
- 2–5 years' relevant PQE in traditional labor law
- Experience with labor arbitration, NLRB proceedings, collective bargaining
- Experience litigating wage & hour class/collective actions is desirable
