Labor & Employment Associate or Counsel — San Diego

Seeking a Labor & Employment Associate or Counsel to join a national employer-side practice in the San Diego office of a leading US law firm. The role involves litigation and counseling across labor and employment matters, working with a large, collaborative team.

Ideal candidates will have experience handling employment litigation from discovery through trial preparation, plus exposure to counseling and traditional labor matters (arbitrations, negotiations, NLRB proceedings). Admission to the California Bar is required.

• 3–10 years' experience representing employers in labor & employment matters
• Proven litigation skills: discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, trial preparation
• Experience or exposure to employment counseling and traditional labor matters a plus (arbitration, negotiations, NLRB)
• Outstanding writing, research, and analytical abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable in a large, collaborative practice
• Admission to the California Bar required
