Labor & Employment Associate — Princeton

Growing labor & employment team in Princeton seeks a junior to midlevel associate (2–4 years' experience) to join a broad employment practice supporting counseling, litigation and investigations matters. The role offers exposure to single-plaintiff and class/collective litigation as well as internal and government investigations.

Ideal candidates will have strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and prior experience at a large law firm or comparable environment. The team handles a mix of counseling, defense litigation and investigatory work for employers across industries.

• 2–4 years' post-qualifying legal experience at a large law firm or comparable environment
• Experience in employment counseling and/or employment litigation (single-plaintiff and class/collective actions)
• Experience with internal or governmental investigations preferred
• Excellent research and writing skills; strong academic record
