Join a national labor & employment practice based in Sacramento handling employer-side matters. You will work on a mix of litigation and counseling, including employment litigation, wage-and-hour disputes, internal investigations, policy development, and day-to-day employment advice.

The role involves collaborating with local and regional teams, managing client relationships, drafting pleadings and motions, advising on compliance and workplace strategy, and appearing in state and federal courts or administrative forums as needed. Strong mentoring and professional development support are provided.

3–7 years' post-qualification experience in labor & employment law (employer-side experience preferred)
Active California bar admission or eligibility to waive in
Experience with employment litigation and client counseling; familiarity with wage-and-hour, leaves, discrimination, and wage issues a plus
Strong drafting, advocacy, and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively across teams
