Seeking a 2nd–4th year associate to join a busy Labor & Employment team in Sacramento. The role offers exposure to employer-side litigation and counseling matters for a broad, multi-industry client base and includes competitive compensation and benefits.

Work will focus on employment and labor litigation and counseling, including individual and class employment litigation, wage & hour matters, discrimination and harassment claims, leaves and accommodations, policy drafting and compliance, and related labor issues.
