The role involves defending employers in a range of employment matters, including class and representative actions, single-plaintiff litigation, traditional labor-law matters, and employment counseling.

3–5 years of relevant experience in employment or complex litigation defense
Experience with class/representative actions, single-plaintiff defense, traditional labor law, and/or employment counseling
Excellent academic record and strong writing and analytical skills

Order of the Coif, law review, or judicial clerkship a plus
