Labor & Employment Associate — San Diego

Experienced labor & employment associate needed to join a busy San Diego litigation team defending employers in single- and multi-plaintiff employment litigation and arbitration. The role includes investigating and responding to administrative charges and handling courtroom and arbitration matters.

The position also offers opportunities to advise on day-to-day employment matters, prepare handbooks and policies, and deliver training. The team provides structured professional development, writing and speaking opportunities, and access to firm-wide training programs.

• Juris Doctor and active California bar membership in good standing
• At least 3 years’ experience in California labor & employment law (employment litigation experience required)
• Civil litigation and/or trial experience preferred
• Strong analytical and writing skills, excellent organization and ability to manage multiple matters, and commitment to client service
