A national law firm seeks a Labor & Employment attorney to join its Madison office supporting clients across health care, life sciences and education. The role combines employment litigation, transactional employment work, and day-to-day counseling on a broad range of workforce and compliance matters.

Successful candidates will work on litigation and pre‑litigation matters, draft and negotiate employment-related agreements and policies, and provide strategic counseling to business clients. The firm welcomes candidates at the associate level with 3–7 years' experience or more senior counsel with greater experience; admission to the Wisconsin bar (or commitment to obtain it promptly) is required.

3–7 years' labor & employment experience preferred; more senior candidates with greater experience will also be considered.
Experience in employment litigation, transactional employment work (policies, agreements, compliance), and client counseling.
Active Wisconsin bar admission or commitment to obtain admission promptly.
Strong academic credentials, excellent judgment, and proven ability to manage multiple matters and communicate strategic advice to clients.
