We are seeking a mid-to-senior level associate to join a major law firm's Labor & Employment team in New York. The role focuses on traditional labor matters and offers significant responsibility on collective bargaining, NLRB practice (unfair labor practice and representation cases) and labor arbitration.

The team is growing and this role provides a chance to contribute to high-profile labor work within a collaborative group. The office offers an enhanced mentor program for lateral associates, a hybrid work model with regular in-office days, and an established professional development and pro bono program.

Base salary for this New York position is expected to be in the range of $310,000–$420,000 annually; the role may also be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.

Mid-to-senior associate (class years 2019–2022)
Experience with collective bargaining
Experience handling NLRB matters (representation and unfair labor practice cases)
