The role focuses on traditional labor matters and offers significant responsibility on collective bargaining, NLRB practice (unfair labor practice and representation cases) and labor arbitration.

Base salary for this New York position is expected to be in the range of $310,000–$420,000 annually; the role may also be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
- Mid-to-senior associate (class years 2019–2022)
