Apply in confidence →Well-established national labor & employment practice is seeking a mid-level attorney to join its Boulder office. The role focuses on representing employers in both union and non‑union workplaces across traditional labor matters, employment litigation, and counseling.
Typical responsibilities include advising on collective bargaining and union negotiations, handling grievances and arbitration, defending employment litigation and administrative charges, and counseling on policies, discipline, terminations, reductions in force, and wage & hour issues. The team values strong analytical ability, clear communication, and solid academic credentials.
- 5–10 years of relevant employment & labor experience
- Experience with union and non‑union matters, including collective bargaining, grievance handling, and arbitration
- Litigation experience defending claims such as discrimination, harassment, wage & hour, accessibility, and trade‑secret/confidentiality disputes
- Experience advising on employment compliance, policies, investigations, and terminations
- Active license to practice in Colorado in good standing
- Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills
