Growing Labor & Employment team in Costa Mesa seeks an experienced attorney to handle employment litigation and counseling for a multi-office national practice. The role involves day-to-day client contact, representation before agencies, and managing matters from pleadings through discovery, motion practice and depositions.

Ideal candidates will be California‑admitted, proactive, and experienced in employment litigation (management‑side experience preferred). The position offers a collaborative team environment, hybrid working arrangements, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Bar admission in California.
2–15 years' experience with employment law; prior employment litigation required (management-side preferred).
Experience drafting/responding to pleadings and discovery, briefing and arguing motions, and taking/defending depositions.
Strong legal writing, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple matters; self-starter who works well independently and on teams.
