Labor & Employment Attorney — Grand Rapids, MI

Seeking a labor & employment attorney to join a national, management-side practice based in Grand Rapids. The role involves a mix of employment litigation, counseling, and traditional labor matters handled for employers, with opportunity to work on regional and national matters as part of a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates will have 2–6 years' experience, strong research and writing skills, and the initiative to take ownership of client matters. Admission to the Michigan bar is required.

• 2–6 years' post-qualification experience in employment litigation and/or traditional labor law
• Experience with one or more of: employment litigation, employment counseling, traditional labor arbitrations, contract administration, NLRB matters, union avoidance/campaigns, or unfair labor practice defense
• Strong writing, research, analytical skills and initiative to assume client responsibility
• Admission to and good standing with the Michigan bar; strong academic credentials
