Seeking a non‑partnership track salaried attorney to join a busy labor & employment team in Los Angeles. This benefits‑eligible role is intended as a reduced‑hours position with an anticipated annual billable expectation of 1,400–1,700 hours and the opportunity to run litigation matters, take depositions and handle hearings.

Telecommuting from a California home office may be considered, though candidates based in Los Angeles, San Diego or San Francisco are preferred. Active California bar membership is required.

The firm provides competitive compensation and benefits; the posted salary range for this opening is $165,000 to $265,000, with actual offers based on experience and other factors.

  • Approximately 6 years' post‑qualification law firm experience in labor & employment (class of 2019)
  • Demonstrated litigation skills — able to run matters, take depositions and handle hearings
  • Experience interacting with clients and managing cases in a reduced‑hours arrangement
  • Strong analytical, research and writing skills
  • Active California bar membership required; telecommuting from within California may be considered
