Labor & Employment Attorney — San Bernardino

Experienced labor & employment attorney sought to join a national, full-service law firm's San Bernardino office. The role focuses on employment litigation and counseling across a broad set of workplace matters, with opportunity to assume a significant client-facing role.

The successful candidate will handle single-plaintiff and representative actions (including PAGA and wage-and-hour matters), FEHA and discrimination claims, and related discovery, motion practice, and depositions. The team handles matters nationwide and provides coordinated cross-jurisdictional support.

• Admission to the California bar
• 8–15 years' experience in employment law; prior employment litigation experience required (management-side preferred)
• Experience with PAGA, wage & hour, and FEHA matters preferred
• Strong drafting, motion practice, deposition and discovery skills; ability to manage multiple matters and work independently or in teams
