Labor & Employment Litigation Associate — Portland, OR

Seeking a litigation associate to join a growing Labor & Employment practice in Portland. The role focuses on defending and prosecuting single-plaintiff and class-action employment disputes, handling administrative charge matters, and supporting cases through discovery, motion practice, mediation, arbitration and trial preparation.

Day-to-day work includes drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, preparing position statements, conducting legal research on federal, state and local employment law, and advising clients and HR professionals on compliance and employment agreements as experience permits.

• 2–5 years of labor & employment litigation experience (including class-action exposure)
• Experience with discovery, depositions, motions, mediations and trial preparation
• Strong legal research and writing skills; attention to detail
• Ability to counsel HR/business clients and draft employment-related documents
