Typical matters include federal and state claims for discrimination and harassment, wage‑and‑hour litigation, trade secret and restrictive covenant disputes, traditional labor issues, internal investigations, and executive compensation counseling.

Mid‑level experience in labor & employment litigation and counseling
Experience defending discrimination, harassment, wage‑and‑hour, and related employer claims
Strong drafting, motion practice and oral advocacy skills
Knowledge of federal and California employment law and procedure
Bar admission in California (or eligibility) and ability to work in the Los Angeles office
Client‑focused, collaborative approach and strong time‑management skills
