- Mid‑level experience in labor & employment litigation and counseling
- Experience defending discrimination, harassment, wage‑and‑hour, and related employer claims
- Strong drafting, motion practice and oral advocacy skills

- Bar admission in California (or eligibility) and ability to work in the Los Angeles office
- Client‑focused, collaborative approach and strong time‑management skills
