Established national law firm is seeking a Partner to join its Labor & Employment practice in Dallas. The role focuses on employment litigation and counseling for a diverse, nationwide client base and offers significant client-facing responsibility.

The position requires hands-on litigation work (drafting pleadings and discovery, briefing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions) and frequent interaction with clients, regulators and opposing counsel. The team covers matters across multiple jurisdictions and collaborates closely across offices.

Admission to practice in Texas
8–15 years' experience in employment law, with prior employment litigation experience (management-side preferred)
Proven litigation capabilities: drafting/responding to discovery and pleadings, motion practice, depositions
