The role is focused on bringing substantial client relationships and leading high-value M&A, PE and related corporate matters, with complementary IP and finance work possible.
Ideal candidates will be senior transactional partners with demonstrable origination and the ability to drive local momentum. The firm prefers in-region presence; purely remote arrangements are unlikely to be workable.
- Portable book of business of $3M 6 5M (USD)
- Established track record in M&A and private equity transactions; strong corporate transactional experience
- Proven client origination and relationship management at partner level
- Willingness to be based in or regularly present in the Dallas office
