Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a lateral partner to join its Digital Infrastructure & Joint Ventures practice in either Dallas or Houston. This is a key hire in a strategic build-out of a Texas-based transactional team.

The group focuses on joint venture formation and governance for data centers, fiber, towers, and related digital-infrastructure assets. The ideal candidate will bring a strong portable book of business and deep experience in digital-infrastructure transactions, including JV structuring, M&A, platform investments, and co-investment documentation.

This is an opportunity to build and shape a niche practice within a sophisticated platform. The firm places a premium on cultural fit and entrepreneurial drive.

Partner-level experience in digital-infrastructure joint ventures and related transactional work
Proven track record of JV formation and governance for data centers, fiber, towers, and similar assets
Active portable book of business reflecting a robust client following
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong cultural alignment with firm values
Must be based in Dallas or Houston (Austin is not included in this search)
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
