Senior partner-level opening for an experienced healthcare transactions lawyer to join a busy Dallas practice. The role focuses on structuring and negotiating healthcare-related deals, including hospital and provider transactions, joint ventures, and regulatory-driven commercial arrangements.

The team advises clients across the healthcare sector on complex transactional, regulatory and commercial issues. The role offers client-facing responsibilities and a leadership position within a growing regional practice group.

We are seeking a lateral partner with an established, portable healthcare practice and demonstrated ability to originate and lead transactions.

Partner-level experience in healthcare transactions (M&A, joint ventures, asset purchases, and other commercial deals).
Deep knowledge of healthcare regulatory issues (state and federal) affecting transactions.
Proven book of business and ability to bring portable client relationships to the practice.
Strong client development record, leadership skills, and experience managing deal teams.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted.
