Senior private equity partner opportunity in Dallas for an experienced deal leader. The role will focus on leading and expanding a full-service private equity practice: originating and executing buyouts, portfolio company matters, exits and related corporate work.

You'll join a broad transactional team and work closely with tax, finance and litigation specialists to deliver integrated advice to sponsors and portfolio companies. The position emphasizes client development, team leadership and high-value deal execution.
