Join a national labor & employment team as a Staff Attorney or Counsel based in a California office with hybrid work options. You will collaborate with senior litigators on employment disputes, handling single-plaintiff matters, discrimination and wrongful discharge claims, wage & hour issues, and related agency proceedings.

The role offers hands-on litigation experience in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies. The team provides structured mentoring, CLE and professional development while giving you responsibility for increasingly complex tasks with diminishing supervision.

  • 3–6 years of labor & employment litigation experience (single-plaintiff, discrimination/wrongful discharge, wage & hour, or class/collective matters)
  • Experience with federal and state court practice and administrative agencies (e.g., EEOC, DOL)
  • California bar admission required
  • Strong legal research, writing and oral communication skills; ability to manage matters with minimal supervision
  • Intellectual curiosity and practical problem-solving orientation
