Top-tier New York office seeking a mid to senior-level Labor & Employment attorney (Associate or Counsel) with strong transactional experience. The role involves advising on sophisticated employment-related matters for a diverse client base in a fast-paced, collaborative practice.

Candidates should be admitted in New York and have meaningful transactional labor & employment experience, strong academics, and solid law-firm credentials. The position offers a hybrid work model (regular in-office days Monday–Thursday), an enhanced mentor program for lateral attorneys, pro bono opportunities, and participation in professional development initiatives.

The expected starting base salary range is $365,000 to $455,000 annually, with potential eligibility for a discretionary year-end bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors consistent with applicable law.

Admitted to practice in New York.
Mid to senior-level experience in transactional labor & employment matters (class of 2019–2021+ encouraged to apply).
Strong academic record and prior law firm experience.
Ability to manage complex matters, work collaboratively, and contribute to business development and client service.
