Join a large, internationally integrated Labour & Employment team based in London, working on a mix of UK-focused and cross-jurisdictional matters for clients across sectors including retail, finance, media, manufacturing and technology. This role offers early client contact and the chance to work on high‑profile, multi‑jurisdictional projects from day one — drafting global policies, advising on restructures, TUPE and changes to terms, and handling Employment Tribunal matters. Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with approximately 4–5 years' PQE
Proven track record in employment law, including non‑contentious advisory work and Employment Tribunal experience
Experience on multi‑jurisdictional or cross‑border employment matters and the employment aspects of corporate transactions
Strong matter management, commercial awareness, and ability to work independently; experience supervising junior colleagues
Interest in business development and cross‑selling across practice areas
