Land Use Associate — Real Estate, New York

Experienced land use associate role within a busy New York City real estate practice, handling rezonings, special permits, variances and other land use approvals. The team represents developers and property owners on development-rights matters and related transactions.

The group seeks a candidate with solid technical knowledge of the NYC Zoning Resolution and related regulatory frameworks, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach to client work. Excellent academic credentials and an active New York law license are required.

• At least 3 years’ experience in land use/zoning in private practice or government
• Practical experience interpreting and applying the NYC Zoning Resolution and related rules
• Active New York bar license in good standing
• Strong academic record, written and oral communication skills, and a teamwork orientation
