- Mid‑level to senior associate with substantive transactional real estate experience
- Experience in one or more: mortgage/mezzanine lending, joint‑venture equity, acquisitions & dispositions, or development
- Comfort representing lender and/or borrower sides and working on complex transactions
- Strong drafting, negotiation and client‑management skills; collaborative team player
