Land Use & Environmental Associate — Environmental

Seeking a California-qualified associate to join a West Coast land use and environmental team. The role focuses on litigation and regulatory work related to land use entitlements and environmental matters, with an emphasis on CEQA and writ-based litigation.

Preferred candidates will be based in Los Angeles-area offices (Los Angeles, Century City, or Newport Beach) and must be admitted to the California bar. This position is limited to candidates who may be employed in California. The advertised California pay range is $260,000 - $435,000/yr, dependent on experience.

• Admission to the California bar
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, including CEQA writ-based litigation or traditional environmental litigation
• Experience with land use entitlements and CEQA analyses
• Regulatory counseling under state and federal environmental laws preferred
• Strong research and writing skills
• Ability to work a minimum of 3 days in office
