International law firm is seeking lateral associates to join its São Paulo team on a rolling basis. The role will sit within the firm’s corporate and finance practice groups and support cross‑border transactions and finance matters handled from the Brazil office.

Candidates will join a global platform that routinely works on multi‑jurisdictional matters. This opening is intended to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs across practice teams.

Qualified to practice in Brazil or eligible for admission in Brazil
Experience in corporate and/or finance matters desirable
Strong academic background and proven drafting and transactional skills
Fluency in Portuguese; English language skills required for cross‑border work
