Lateral Associate — Corporate (Financial Institutions) — New York

Mid-level corporate associate role within a leading financial services practice in New York. The team advises a broad range of financial institutions, fintechs and market participants on transactional and regulatory matters.

Work will span M&A, bank regulatory issues, capital markets and fintech/digital assets matters, handled on an integrated, cross-disciplinary basis with colleagues across practices.

• Juris Doctor and membership (or eligibility) for the New York bar.
• Minimum of 2 years’ law firm corporate experience; exposure to financial institutions or financial-regulatory work preferred.
• Experience on M&A, regulatory counseling, fintech or capital markets matters; strong drafting and deal-execution skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively on cross-disciplinary teams and manage client-facing responsibilities.
