Lateral Associate — Corporate (Transactional) — Hong Kong / Asia

Opportunities are being accepted for lateral associates and counsel to join a leading international law firm's corporate transactional practice across its Asia offices, including Hong Kong. The role involves advising on cross-border corporate transactions and related commercial matters as part of an international deal team.

Candidates will work collaboratively with colleagues across Asian jurisdictions, support client engagements on complex transactions and financings, and participate in regional matter execution and client service. This is a speculative/lateral application route for openings across multiple Asia locations.

• Qualified or eligible to practise in a relevant jurisdiction (Hong Kong or other Asian jurisdictions).
• Transactional corporate experience (M&A, joint ventures, securities or related commercial transactions).
• Demonstrated ability to work on cross-border matters and collaborate with multi-office teams.
• Strong academic record, excellent drafting and communication skills, and commercial judgment.
