Leading U.S. law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in the Berwyn office. The role offers a platform to advise corporate clients on competition law matters, handle merger clearance and regulatory filings, and support enforcement and compliance matters across industries.

The team values experienced trial and transactional antitrust counsel who can work collaboratively across practices and contribute to client development. This position provides a visible leadership opportunity in the office and support from a national practice group.

Partner-level antitrust experience with a strong track record advising on merger control, investigations, litigation, or counseling matters
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in the office location
Demonstrated client relationships and business development capability; portable practice welcome
Strong writing, oral advocacy, and team leadership skills
