Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand an established Energy & Environmental practice in the firm’s Berwyn office. The role will blend regulatory counseling, transactional work, and project-level environmental support across energy and infrastructure matters.

The partner will advise developers, operators, and other stakeholders on regulatory compliance, permitting, environmental due diligence and project development issues, and collaborate with transactional and finance teams on energy-related deals.

This is a senior leadership role with major client-facing and business-development responsibilities; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome.

Proven partner-level experience in energy and environmental law, including infrastructure-related matters
Track record advising on regulatory, permitting, environmental due diligence, and project-development issues
Strong client-development and practice leadership skills; ability to work collaboratively with transactional and finance teams
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility for admission
