Established international law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its commercial litigation capability in New York. The role will focus on high‑stakes cross‑border disputes and complex litigation/arbitration matters involving jurisdictional issues, international enforcement and multi‑jurisdictional strategy.

There are related partner opportunities across other U.S. offices for candidates with strengths in trade and regulatory work (sanctions, export controls and product‑compliance), IP disputes (patent and trademark litigation), or real estate dispute work. A portable practice or client relationships are welcome but not mandatory for consideration.

Established track record handling complex commercial litigation and international arbitration.
Experience with trade/regulatory matters (sanctions, export controls, compliance) desirable for some roles.
Proven experience in IP disputes (patent/trademark) or real estate litigation where relevant.
Strong courtroom and/or arbitration advocacy, strategic case management, and client development abilities; portable book of business helpful but not required.
