A leading national law firm with a market-leading real estate platform is seeking a New York-based partner to join its Land Use & Zoning practice. This is a growth hire designed to add depth to an already robust group in New York, part of a broader firm-wide focus on transactional work and continued expansion in key markets.

We are looking for a highly specialized practitioner with deep experience in New York City zoning, development rights (including air rights), and complex entitlement work, acting primarily for developers and property owners. The ideal candidate will have a portable practice built on significant institutional relationships, with the ability to drive growth and contribute to the firm's collaborative, team-oriented culture.

• Admission to the New York Bar (or eligibility to register as in-house counsel)
• Substantial experience in New York City land use and zoning matters, including entitlements and development rights
• Established relationships with developers, owners, and institutional clients
• Strong communication and business development skills, with a collaborative approach to client service and team building
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
