Lateral Partner — Real Estate & Construction — New York

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to grow its Real Estate and Construction practice in New York. This role focuses on originating and managing sophisticated real estate and construction matters for institutional and corporate clients, working closely with cross-practice teams.

The role offers responsibility for client relationship development, pitching and expanding a transactional and/or dispute-focused practice, and mentoring junior lawyers. The successful candidate will join an established platform with national resources while operating from the New York office.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in real estate and construction matters
• Strong origination and client-management skills
• Admission to the New York bar (or ability to qualify)
