An established law firm is seeking a partner to join its New York Real Estate & Construction practice. You will lead complex real estate and construction matters for institutional and corporate clients, advising on transactions, development projects, and construction disputes across commercial, mixed‑use, and infrastructure sectors.

The role combines technical leadership on high‑value matters with responsibility for originating work and expanding client relationships. The team handles project development, contract drafting and negotiation, risk allocation, and dispute avoidance/management.

Proven partner‑level experience in real estate and construction law, handling transactional and project matters.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on construction contracts, design agreements, and real estate transaction documents.
Track record of client origination and business development; portable practice or demonstrable book of business preferred.
Licensed to practice in New York and able to work effectively with cross‑disciplinary teams.
