Lateral Partner, Commercial Litigation — Southern California (Costa Mesa)

Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established commercial litigation practice in Southern California. The role will involve leading complex commercial disputes, managing litigation teams, and driving matter strategy from filing through trial or resolution.

Ideal candidate will have an existing portable practice and a track record of originating and sustaining client relationships. The position offers senior responsibility for business development and client service within a collaborative regional litigation group.

• Established partner-level experience in commercial litigation, with significant matter leadership and trial experience.
• Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships; portable book of business required.
• Strong business development skills and experience supervising associates and support staff.
• Admission to practice in California or eligibility to transfer bar admission; excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
