The role involves analyzing insurance policies, preparing coverage opinions, and litigating first-party property and general liability coverage disputes in state and federal court.

The team represents insurers, reinsurers, TPA's and related insurance industry entities in declaratory relief actions, mediations, arbitrations and coverage litigation. The position suits a candidate who combines strong coverage analysis with courtroom experience and an ability to manage complex matters across multiple venues.

8–15 years' post-qualification experience with substantive insurance coverage and bad-faith work
California Bar admission required
