A leading San Francisco law firm is seeking a lateral partner or team to join its complex commercial litigation practice, with a strong preference for technology litigation experience. This is an open-ended, ongoing search focused on the Bay Area market.

• Complex commercial litigation background, ideally with technology sector experience
• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
• Effective billing rate of $1,400–$1,500 per hour after write-offs
• Team of three or more litigators strongly preferred
• Seniority flexible; trajectory and team composition valued over age
