Highly regarded litigation practice seeking a partner-level securities litigator to join its San Francisco team. The role focuses on leading high-stakes securities enforcement and civil litigation matters, handling complex investigations, trials and regulatory responses.

The successful candidate will split time between front-line litigation, strategy and client development, supervising associates and originating new engagements to expand the practice in the region.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established track record in securities enforcement and civil securities litigation
Proven courtroom and/or arbitration experience and ability to lead complex matters
Strong client development skills and experience managing small teams
Active bar admission in California (or eligibility) and ability to practice in federal courts
