Securities Litigation Partner — San Francisco

Highly regarded litigation practice seeking a partner-level securities litigator to join its San Francisco team. The role focuses on leading high-stakes securities enforcement and civil litigation matters, handling complex investigations, trials and regulatory responses.

The successful candidate will split time between front-line litigation, strategy and client development, supervising associates and originating new engagements to expand the practice in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in securities enforcement and civil securities litigation
• Proven courtroom and/or arbitration experience and ability to lead complex matters
• Strong client development skills and experience managing small teams
• Active bar admission in California (or eligibility) and ability to practice in federal courts
