Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a construction and real estate litigation practice in the Omaha office of a national firm. The role will handle complex commercial disputes arising from construction projects, real estate transactions, and related contract matters.

The successful candidate will manage significant cases, supervise associates, and work closely with clients to deliver practical, results-focused solutions. There is an expectation of contributing to business development efforts; candidates with a portable practice or established client relationships are encouraged to apply.

Established litigation experience focused on construction and real estate matters
Proven record of managing cases from intake through trial and appeals
Experience supervising and mentoring associates and support staff
Demonstrated business generation abilities; existing client relationships or portable work a plus
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to qualify promptly
