The team advises corporate and financial institution clients on complex deals and structured financings. The post offers a leadership role within a busy international practice, with responsibility for client development and mentoring fee-earners.

Established partner- or senior-counsel level with a proven track record in M&A and corporate finance.
Portable client relationships / demonstrable origination and business development capability, ideally with international clients.
Experience leading cross-border transactions and managing deal teams.
Fluency in Spanish and strong commercial English; admissions/qualification appropriate for Madrid practice.
